Shipping policy

Current processing time during COVID-19 is 5-6 business days. We ship using USPS for domestic and DHL for international orders. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.  Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Shipping Cost: USA and International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of your package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon your location. 

All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.

International delivery time frame: We are glad to service our customers internationally! (As of right now we are ONLY shipping to Canada, other countries will be available upon request) International orders will be shipped via DHL Express within 72 hours after received payment. (ITEMS ARE SHIPPED MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY, EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). After doing so we will send you a notification email, with tracking info if applicable. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties at the time of delivery.

Return to Sender: If for any reason item is not deliverable and is returned to our office you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee as the carrier does not reimburse us for returned to sender packages). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped a new order must be placed and shipping fees will be applied.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
