  • Do you offer refunds?
    • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds ONLY site credit. Please review Return Policy for more information.
    • Can I cancel my order?
      • To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel it the order.
    • Can I exchange an item?
      • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please refer to our "Return/Exchange Policy".
    • What if I do not receive tracking number?
      • Check your spam/junk mail before contacting us. If you have not received your tracking number after checking please feel free to contact us at dearvalerieboutique@gmail.com and we'll respond to you within 24 hours.
